We manufacture a wide and versatile range of screen printing inks, each formulated specifically for the substrate it is designed to print on. A one-size-fits-all approach does not exist in professional screen printing - and at Golchha Ink Industries, it never has. Every ink in our range is developed with the substrate’s surface chemistry, absorption properties and end-use durability requirements in mind.

Textile Ink – Cloth & Fabric

Our textile inks are formulated for direct screen printing on cotton, cotton blends and natural fabrics. Delivering exceptional colour vibrancy, smooth printability and outstanding wash fastness after curing, they are the preferred choice of garment printers and apparel decorators throughout the region. Available in both pigment-based water systems and specialty formulations.

Nylon Ink – Nylon Fabric & Nylon Bags

Printing on nylon is one of the most technically demanding applications in screen printing due to nylon’s non-absorbent, chemically inert surface. Our nylon inks are engineered with adhesion promoters and flexible binder systems that bond reliably to nylon substrates, delivering vivid colour and excellent durability through repeated flexing and use - ideal for nylon bags, sportswear and outerwear.

School Bag & Bag Ink

Bags demand an ink that is not only visually striking but mechanically tough - resistant to scuffing, flexing, rubbing and the rigours of daily use by children and commuters alike. Our bag inks are formulated for excellent adhesion to the diverse synthetic materials used in school bags, backpacks and tote bags, offering strong rub resistance and colour retention throughout the product’s life.

Plastic Ink

Our plastic inks are designed for screen printing on a broad range of plastic substrates including PVC, polypropylene, ABS, polystyrene and polyethylene. They offer excellent flow, adhesion without pre-treatment in many cases, sharp edge definition and resistance to scratching and abrasion - making them the ink of choice for packaging, signage, promotional items and industrial components.

Paper & Cardboard Ink

Vivid, consistent and clean-printing, our paper inks are formulated for high-speed printing on coated and uncoated paper and cardboard. They offer excellent trapping in multicolour work, fast drying, good lightfastness and sharp reproduction of fine detail - essential for posters, labels, packaging cartons, stationery and point-of-sale materials.

Wood Ink

Designed for printing on wood, plywood, MDF and wood-based composites, our wood inks penetrate and bond to the natural grain structure to produce rich, opaque prints with excellent adhesion and resistance to environmental conditions. Used extensively in furniture decoration, wooden packaging, handicrafts and promotional wooden products.

Metal Ink

Printing on metal requires an ink that can withstand the chemical inertness and smoothness of metallic surfaces, as well as the demands of industrial end-use. Our metal inks deliver strong adhesion to aluminium, steel, tin and coated metal substrates with excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals and UV exposure - suitable for industrial nameplates, metal packaging, signage and promotional items.

Rigid Substrate Ink

For rigid substrates including acrylic, polycarbonate, glass and composite panels, our rigid inks offer exceptional adhesion, clarity and surface hardness after curing. They are used in display manufacturing, signage, industrial panels, electronics enclosures and promotional display items where a hard, durable, optically precise print is required.
